Bidz is all about helping agents, agencies and sellers. We do this by offering agents exclusive access to our mandates to provide a more professional and inclusive service to our clients. Sellers have access to countless agents all over Johannesburg and peace of mind knowing that the best agents are selling their property.
At Holmz, we believe in the inclusivity of the real estate industry in South Africa. To solidify this belief, we allow anyone with a valid FFC number with the EAAB to bid on our mandates and have the opportunity to not only improve the sales in their agencies but also have access to mandates of their choice.

How do I earn my commission?
Good question! You will earn your commission the same way you would with your agency. Upon successful sale and successful transfer of monies, we will transfer your commission earnings to you.
How much commission can I earn?
You can find out the commission percentage and potential earnings you can receive after a sale in the description of the property.
How will I know if my bid is successful?
If your bid for a mandate is successful, you will receive communication from us notifying you that you have been awarded the mandate.
Why is there a countdown next to a mandate?
To ensure a fair and unbiased selection process, each mandate is available for bidding during a select period of time. During the countdown, you will be able to bid on a mandate, however, after the countdown your bid will not be considered.

Sign Up
In order to give our clients a professional service, we will need to know who you are. We ask simple questions such as your area of expertise and your FFC number.

Bid on a mandate
Once you have found a mandate that suits you best, click "Bid On This Mandate", you will be directed to our application form, in which you will be asked to confirm your details. Once you have submitted your bid, you will receive an email from us confirming your bid.

Search for a mandate
Go through our mandates that are available for bidding and choose one that best fits your area of expertise, network and clientele base. We recommend searching for a mandate that is in your area of operations as this improves your chances of having the mandate awarded to you

Keep an eye out for communication from us
You will receive a communication from our team informing you if your bid has been successful or unsuccessful. We will always keep you informed as to the status of your bid.

Congratulations! You have been awarded your new mandate. Now that you have been awarded the mandate, what does this mean?
Being awarded a mandate with Bidz gives you the ability to sell a home as you would with your agency. Chat with your network of buyers that are looking for the property, bring buyers through for viewings etc. Our team will also assist you in selling your new mandate with marketing and advertising.
